My Story
In the midst of the global pandemic in 2022, Lillyan Solutions was born, a product of resilience and determination. Like millions of others facing unemployment, I found myself at a crossroads with no clear path ahead. With no concrete plan in place, my sole objective was to replace the lost income and envision a rapid expansion for Lillyan Solutions.
However, without a roadmap to guide me, I soon hit a dead end. Improvisation proved futile in the world of business, leading to a humbling failure in the first half of operation. Despite the setbacks, giving up was never an option for me. Lillyan Solutions was more than just a name; it needed to evolve into something greater.
To revive and redefine Lillyan Solutions, I had to first understand the reasons behind its initial stumble. Inadequate industry research, lack of a defined target market, and ineffective marketing were among the key factors contributing to the setback. I realized that academic credentials and professional experience hold little weight in the business realm without a deep understanding of the market and industry dynamics.
Taking a step back from entrepreneurship, I immersed myself in a public job for nearly two years, acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to propel Lillyan Solutions towards success. The journey didn’t end there; as an entrepreneur, learning is a continuous process. Striving to position myself not just as an expert, but as a subject matter authority in my field, I recognized the value of specific consultancy services in driving growth, maximizing profits, and offering targeted strategies for success.
